Well that script has speed and direction being fed in as single floats. Direction is at least a two component vector and you'll need to normalise that first, too. So it's considering direction to be how much your stick is pointing horizontally, and the speed to be how much you're pushing forwards.
Thnks @defragger !! Busy with some freelance now so cant do too much unfortunately, but I am halfway the lowpoly now. Also created this extra render of the guts: Two afterburning turbofan jet engines delivering thrust of 15.000 lbf each on full power.
a titan? arent titans like two gpus in one? I've always heard that to most apps the second gpu is useless? i think ive made up my mind for a gtx780, even tho the sweet spot on the price/performance curve should be the 770.. laziness&thefuture
just a few ideas: how 'bout a normal map compositing tool that lets you blend two or three normal maps together without losing detail in a normal map like you will with photoshop blend modes. having mask features and stuff would rule too.
Yes, we do. Heh. But we're trying to improve!! ;P Karl, the two small pipes bending into the fan are looking weird. The texture you have on the is too busy. Perhaps try putting on a less busy texture. Because right now it's kind of hard to see their shape.
Fallout 1 & 2 defenintely, but i cant play singleplayer tactics for too long, i usually only install that one for lan parties. Among 'newer classics' i've got to say mafia, i must play through that at least two or three times a year.
I doubt any Fallout sequel would ever live up to the first two, the nostalgia factor from those old greats is far too high. However, I am sure Bethesda will do the series justice, and hopefully not use something silly like facegen.
A little late, but thanks you both for your answers. \o/ If anyone end up here looking for the same explanation I was looking for : https://www.marmoset.co/toolbag/learn/pbr-theory http://www.marmoset.co/toolbag/learn/pbr-practice Those two articles helped me a lot, too.
I blocked everything in but also moved some stuff around to see if one is better than the other. I think they both have their own strengths but I may be leaning to the astronaut on the stock.. but the ship crash could be cool too. Then you get two interesting things on the gun. Thoughts?
i use this setup with a mac pro (so slightly different experiance), dont try to play games on your windows side, in my experience and that of two of my friends lots of games strongly dislike running on a foreign operating system. works fine for work related stuffs tho -Woog
