v.1.2.7b Fix: Exporting wasn't working. The updated version of nwjs that crocotile3d uses in v1.2.7 has a bug, but a workaround has been implemented now to solve the problems when exporting.
Never mind, solved it, just filled the vertex colors and baked that, really obvious but I totally forgot I have done it a million times when baking stuff from zbrush.
So... triple post, lol I switched the render from direct X 9 to direct X 11 and the issue totally dissappeared. So calling this solved or at least worked around.
depends how much control you want over your art. Zbrush gives a large amount and is more artistically inclined, while modeling is more problem solving and overall design.
Good to hear you solved it! The positions should be local (object space), they should not depend on the transform position of any GameObject using it. Were you using world-space coordinates perhaps?
That's friggin awesome. Why did the article just suggest people hook up extra computers to their TV or cart their primary back and forth to the living room? for pete's sake: PROBLEM SOLVED
Under the Transform menu, where you activate symmetry, there should be a little button with an (R). This is radial symmetry, and dropping the slider to 4 (and setting the appropriate axis) should solve your problem!
Never thought of that! thanks ! even though i solved it by painting it by hand that would have also worked thank you ! IL upload the finished model in a bit if you want to see !
