Great advice from Fabi_G. I reckon you would be better served by doing 3d sketches of whole figures, both male and female. Lots of them :) You can use Daz 3D as referance on a screen next to your work, as reference. Its free to use.
while going on and off with the nyx set i couple of weeks ago started, i thought, why not join in the competition for the fun of it. I kinda feel the need to improve my concept sketching skills.
@Pyzern: Whoa, wait a minute, that might looks proportionally really off. Do you have a rough sketch of what you're thinking about, cuz imagining it in my head, it looks a tad off.
Here are some sketches i did earlier today, some of them are a bit sloppy though. The skull on the very left was cut off during the scan, along with not alot of the pencil being picked up.
LOL, not seen that one before But to answer the question I'd keep my foot on his head long enough for me to draw out several sketches to make an animation of him struggling for a few seconds.

Wiro Tut? Not sure which tut that is. But no. I didn't use a tut for this one. It is heavy on insperation from Rion Vernons female drawings but that's about it. (this one and others mainly) My Sketch (very rough):
Oh yeah, our chief photographer has no internet access at home except for 3g! Oh Adam, having sketches of penis tanks on the front page, allowed? Can we banner a penis shotgun?
A clean slate is awesome. Take advantage of your rekindled love for art and don't worry about where to start. http://ctrlpaint.com/blog/start-anywhere I would hop in to a hangout and start sketching. :)
Yeh sure. I wont be at home til tomorrow though so sketches for now. If im going to redo the low i might as well add some detail to the high... We shall see :-)
