ahhh i was on the page a minute before, debating on to pull the trigger, i reload the site and bought it but had to pay $10 extra for my lateness :( (i missed the preorder time) i shall now have to console myself with a mince pie.
Well yes absolutely, just go under C:/Users\***youruserID***\Documents\maya and *.zip everything in this folder. To reload it unpack it at the same exact location and order you picked it at first. Hotkeys file is located in the pref folder and is named "userHotkeys.mel"
Hello there. I'm trying to learn MAXScript in hope of getting some useful macros for my beloved hobby :) . I'll try and be as specific as possible. Background The engine I'm currently pointed toward uses ASE's as static meshes for it's level editor imports (yes Q4Rad). The editor needs to find the correct material path…
Max likes to display mipped versions of your actual texture for performance reasons. Try this: Customize > Preferences... > Viewports tab > Configure Driver Under "Download Texture Size," check "Match Bitmap Size as Closely as Possible" Reload your bitmap file
I have been having this issue since years - not sure why Pixo doesn't care to fix it. My workaround is also to reload my custom user interface whenever this is happening. custom menus are so important, that it would be great, if this would be fixed.
Hey guys, I decided to also take part in the challenge :) I decided to go with the Revolver. Since the revolver doesn't really show any reload mechanism, I decided to go with an folding mechanism. Here is my first blockout so far:
been getting an annoying bug on the PC version sometimes whenever i leave the inventory / map my character just wont move anymore at all, i have to totally reload the game to be able to move, sucks, other than that it's awesome though.
Finished up this highpoly, couldn't decide wich images to pick, so there are quite a bit :) To reduce the amount of screenshots, these 2 are for the scoped views, and the inner stuff for the reload animation: http://imageshack.us/a/img547/7571/57in.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img809/6434/v48e.jpg
I assume you use OBJ to export your mesh from ZB? You can easily reference your .obj into maya, overwrite it with ZB and have your updates show up in maya. (RMB-click on it in the Outliner and select Reference->reload)
