I don't know if there's a specific system in place for that, but you can do it through prefabs. Just create a prefab "RaceTrack_GEO" etc, and apply that in your main scene. From there you can update that prefab externally just as you would an Unreal level to update the main scene so long as the prefab connection remains…

Trying to finish this character in time for GDC on Friday! here's my progress I've made since my last update: * Finished modeling and sculpting. * normal maps are 95% complete * body diffuse is 90% complete * Armor Diffuse is 60% complete I'm using Unity 3d 3.5 to render and test my textures

I haven't really done any models only using defuse before so I'll just have to see how my bakes turn out. hopefully i can get most of my details to show up. Here is an update with some updated proportions and some cloth adjustments, should start on the hands soon.
Hi there =) . New update. I've worked on a better sculpt for my two rocks and the big rock around the gate. I've also make a basic texture for my rocks. It's pretty rough for the moment but I will do a better one soon. The next update will show the new roof. And perhaps the new/definitive rock texture ! Cheers !
