After the decimation, just drag weld the triangles decimation master produces. In Max, the "optimize" tool under freehand category, will solve the problem in a single shift-drag :) -

I haven't worked with mocap data in Max for a long time. But maybe you could strip out the elbow data, and let Biped solve the rotations itself? -

Problem solved, but I don't understand what changed I made on the mesh. just cleaning and smoothing groups in auto in 3dsmax. It's weird, but it's works fine now. :) -

Yeah, i think moving it to WIX will solve that. Jalbum is getting me pretty good with their auto-resizing (downsizing), or right-sizing as they say in the PC world these days. -

Mystery solved! Damn crows making holes into the toads so the toads try to puff up, the air fills other parts of their body because of the hole and they pop. -

Have you tried running it as an Administrator. Just right click on the shortcut and select 'Run as Administrator'. This solved my problem getting it to work on Vista. Hope that helps. -

If you don't like episodic content, don't buy it. Problem solved. I don't really see the difference between sequals and episodes except length of gameplay.
