Started working on the capacitor on the back of the fighter, Quick and Unfinished blockout atm, i need to learn how to read shapes better :S using one of his other works as my main guide model for the overall looks of the capacitor as the main concept doesn't show much and the line art is hard for me to read once again…
[vv]82062474[/vv] Workin on a new piece, shaped out a blockout in few hours (procrastinating). Thanks for the rig Andrew Helenek P.S. Why are many controls oriented to the world instead of a natural bone rotation axis, for egzample the wrists? It can get pretty confusing rotating the gizmo when the wrist does not really…
Looks good! I think you can add more bevels tho for the high poly. I.E. The weels are like seperate two layers of plating on top of eachother. The inside of the wheel is also more like one mesh bended together, not seperate pieces (Which is nice practise for high poly modelling). (the weels can be a bit rounder too in ur…
Looks okay. Your render has a lot of bloom and it's not a stunningly accurate T-90 (Barrel in particular is quite long and thin looking, and in general the real t-90 looks a lot bulkier). You might not be going for 99.9% accuracy but the barrel is a pretty big feature of the tank. Maybe spend more time doing the blockout…
Started woking on blocking ut all the different pieces, using both maya and Zbrush. Still a lot of pieces to make, but I'm happy with my progress, although I've had little time to work on it this week. Let me know if anything stands out, but there's gonna be a lot of tweaking when the blockout is done. And Most of it might…
Thank you guys for the new comments :) @le0tard Thanks @Elk Thanks @Chetan Suvarna Thanks @Nuclear Angel Thanks @St4lis Thanks @Iciban Thanks This time, there is no new elements, just some blockouts. Everything is in the proper place now. Also there is a BG (WIP), I want to do it much better than that. A lumberjack will…
Awesome guys! Working on some wood props now. The scene I put up there was just a quick blockout, and threw in some old textures I made. The final scene will have a lot of raw wood in it. The floor will be wood too. I guess I'll worry about lighting after I make my scene, it seems more logical now thinking about it. Prop…
Polymator - Good work on the face dude, the forms are pretty good :) I think the eyes and brow could do with a bit more shaping (even though its blockout,) in the concept they're a little sadder and more arced upwards near the nose while on your sculpt they're more downwards giving him a more of a stern look (in the…
No problem dude, Here is a bit more work on the blockout and what details of what I am planning for the main structures of the building, I want to give it an old factor feel with the Sci-Fi elements smashed in on top, to give it a bit of story telling. The main structures are going to be made from a lot of cast iron and…
Sooo I mixed the parts i liked most together with some little touches and also a base grayscale version to do some overlay tests ;) Here's my favorites for now. I may try some gradients for the ribbons on the final version to remind her hair but those are just blockout colors anyway ^^ I do love the purple/blue one because…
