I believe you've applied it as an object space normal map, try unchecking that box. If it's not that try toggling Scale & Bias or in the Options button Srgb. -

You can take a screenshot of your desktop using the Prnt Scrn Button OR using the Snipping Tool program that is part of the Windows install already. -

It is possible but, a pain in the arse that requires a lot of cleanup. As monster says, some tech knowledge is required and it's certainly not just a matter of clicking the 'send to' button. -
