Ror you read all the great comics, Planetary, Watchmen, Cerebus. What else is on your comic reading list we should know about? Preferably something I haven't read =P
imo lower the tank, fatter treads would add a more comic look without been too comic. Maybe reverse the way the cannons go, thinner at the base and wider at the end, not much but noticeable.
Wow, this thing is going to give me nightmares. Keep posting your progress. It kind of reminds me of this penny arcade comic. http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2007/8/31/
But I searched "The Sandman(1940)" on Google then a picture of a model of The Sandman from the 1940s DC Comics Comic showed up. Here's my proof: http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10...amp;btnG=Search
[ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ] I remember the first time I saw a Fathom comic. I loved everything about it. I still enjoy looking at the comics greatly. In short, I love Fathom.
Here's a cute cartoon shaded White Shark I made after the Samezu comic series by Moho Arimura. I added a black outline shader to it in Maya to better mimic the comics style.
Looks pretty sweet, was Deadpool that cocky in the comics? I only read a couple of editions but I seem to remember it being a lot more dark..... they seem to have gone for a more comical approach :D
Which one is the newest? The one to the right? The one to the left is a more handsome physique, but the one to the right is closer to Marv's body in the comic; he's not a particularly handsome man in the comics, just big and ugly. Great work!
started working on a wolverine sculpt based on a comic from the 80's called havok and wolverine meltdown. gonna try to polypaint it in the style of the comic too. it might be hard to make that crazy hair look good.
