What might be a specific avenue is setting out to make difficult bits with weird shapes that you have a feeling you're gonna want later. So every single item you make ends up in a bitz box you can access later through IMM Brush, etc.
@Shock As far as I remember at least when you create collection you can select manually tags connected to it, and there is group of tags called "Special" with tag "Spring2014". I am not sure thought how to set this tag for single item imported from Dota 2 client hmm....
Hey all! It's been a while. Had to deal with some depression issues. Anyway I made this the other day - I'm trying to start up a business. I'll be doing animation, games, and selling game assets. Have made an extensive list of 3d models and other items to create and sell.
I couldn't find a link to support the following fact, but Microsoft lost a lawsuit over the use of 'Windows'. I don't recall if it was in the US or a different country though. That's the problem when you create an item and market it under a single word, especially a common word (as opposed to a greek mythological figure).
Bleh - hate to bump this, but the original auction was 'won' by some guy trying to scam me into shipping to Nigeria, so I'm relisting. The internet sucks sometimes. Anyway, new link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=ADME:L:LCA:US:31&item=230100897768 Reserve is $1800, in case that matters.
Unfortunately in the Real World. If you had a viewport grab versus a rendered radiosity, lighting, etc. of the same item. Whom do you think is going to be the winner to the viewer 9 out of 10 times? (Not dissing, just pointing out, its a bit more complicated than "good art").
yup way more appealing the handle looks way better now, also those plates next to each other somehow look more convincing in the grey shading, I didn't noticed them in the first pictures as separate items. Perhaps some metal, steel or other industrial material?
Have you got a link to something you want to make? Are you talking about cartoony style or are you talking about items just being destroyed and not aligned how they should be. Always make the parts separate and than attach them later. Don't try and make it all in one piece.
Hi, I just released my new Plug-In "Configurator Reloaded". As it was possible with the Adobe Configurator now it's also possible with newer Photoshop versions to create your own panels. Drag and drop tools, menu items (over 700), actions and custom scripts. http://pixelsucht.net/configurator-reloaded/ Thomas
i don't know if thats a specific style you want to achieve, but i think your texures need more contrast. the gradient you have on the books, that goes lighter towards the center, makes them look like they're glowing. worn out items are more frayed towards the edges.
