Ah looks like the wordpress Visual editor is stripping out the HTML. Stay in the text editor and see if that solves it. Wordpress is notorious for doing this sort of stuff. -

Try Deformation > Resym, Deformation > Smart Resym, or Geometry > Mirror and Weld. They all work a little differently, but any of them can solve your problem. -

Thanks. I managed to solve it by redoing the upper body and shoulder topology. Realistic anatomy is key. I have no idea what a clavicle bone is though. -
