This looks GREAT!! Just be careful with the value on her face. It's looking very sharp. Don't worry about it if this was intentional, but i don't notice this anywhere else on the model.
Part of it is probably just because of the way you created your content. Sharp edges just tend to do this, it's always a better idea to soften things a bit.
add some love to the spec up the brightness for it and up the gloss for the more reflective parts. then in marmoset pump up your specular sharpness. that should help alot
Looks like the vertices gets welded together either upon importing into Unity, or when you export the fbx. So it can't have the sharp transitions anymore.
Jason: try to make it more sharp and angular (like you said yourself) with flatten/trim. I'm liking how it's looking so far, but that will really push it.
I think you could stand to bevel/soften the edges on the armor for your Earth set, the sharp edges on the shoulder and waist armor might not bake that well.
looking good one thing WRONG ;-) extremely little atmospheric diffusion of light in space....make that window light (sun) as sharpe as your maps will let you...
Nice wireframe! The eyelid edges are looking ultra sharp, to the point it's a bit unnatural. Also, this is a guy? or a girl? I originally thought it was a woman, but now I'm unsure.
