I solved this issue scaling down "Static Lighting Level Scale" to 0.1 - 0.2 or merging the modules into one mesh. -

Blender 3.0 doesn't even run on my old hardware, LOL. At least max as new as 2022 can run on it albeit laggingly. And I feel max has better tools 3rd party plugins and workflow for working with ArchViz specifically. I still use blender 2.9 but it feels outdated now for the work I do. I did look at rapidmsx's Octopus but…
