OSL is a shading language, while Shader FX is a node based shader editor. AFAIK there isn’t a node based editor for OSL. When rendering in Marmoset, I get these arifacts when Ray tracing is on. It's not due to the AO or Normal maps, as the problem still happens with them off (and the maps themselves look clean). Thanks! Unfortunately, I do not have other renderers. I also added bevels for the low poly mesh and modified the UV shells a little bit more. For some reason now it renders ok (not perfect, but at least there are no triangles).
