i think more than the lighting, you need to work on your spec maps try to define some edges and add some variation to your surfaces. -

you could add in those nicks on the blade to the high poly, infact you could add them to the lowpoy too because they would define a shape aswell -

Stomach muscles look a little bit weird, too flat and defined maybe. And the upper back muscles seem to have the same problem. Overall good though ^^ -

This game looks uninspired and cheezy, I wasn't planning on playing it when I thought it was a single player experience and I definately won't try it now that it's an MMO. -

Environments are junk, game reviewers seem to think this game defines next gen visuals but I thin it looks like current gen xbox running at 1080p -

But now you've got part of the design defined in a place other than the style sheet (the images for the nav buttons). Kinda defeats the purpose. I'll expand on this later.
