Long thin faces will cause this too. For example a curb on the side of a straight street... if it's not divided regularly, then it makes two very long thin triangles. -

She has one long breast (and that's plural). Separate it so that their are two. The eyes in the drawing are pretty big compared to the side profile of the drawing too -

Yeah, I'd say too early for particles as only one or two people have done it, and one has said he'd do a tut but hasn't yet.
