      I took three days installing it, and try uninstalling and reinstalling .Net, nothing to solved, photoshop CC started as administrator, and does not work, my operating system is Windows 8.0.

      probably the way your model is triangulated. You've got a concave face here, and can be solved by connecting these two edges
