paper: 200gsm is best most colour laser printers have a 200 gsm setting for manual feed (you have to tell it this, or it will get stuck in the drum). Inkjets should handle it fine. Ahostsandwich: cool! -

Printed a few more masks before my printer crapped out. Was testing spray paint and noticed that paint fills in any artifacts if I paint multiple layers on top of each other. -

You should talk to your printer about this. Things like ideal image formats and color spaces depend a lot on what kind of printing it is, what printing rip they are using, or even the specific hardware they are printing with.
