This is the result of texture bleed from mipmaps. The surrounding pixels of your leaves should be a similar green instead of white. See this wiki page. -

You can use every pixel, even if you're using mip maps, so long as your UVs have no diagonal lines. -

Hey Vig, out of curiosity what does offsetting the stacked UVs 1 pixel do? I never heard of doing that before. -

Nice style! It's really unique. I love all these different stonetypes! But I think the texture is too blurry and there are to many pixel artifacts. -

Young, environment artists make use of tiling textures on portions of a texture sheet to get a lot of mileage out of a small block of pixels.
