You could also pick up a T1i, T2i or a 7D if you're not looking for something toooo expensive, spend the rest of the money on quality lenses instead. I dunno how camcorder lenses compare to dSLR lenses tho. Any canon camcorders compatible with EF lenses? I know a few have been at some point, dunno if that has carried over… -
