I will look into this. This may not be so straight forward since this tool still utilizes the default ue4 editor. I will def consider it though. Good point!
that did it! I also found another way to do it in default rendering: Shading --> Polygon Transparency Sorting Thanks guys! This makes it way easier to model.
Yeah I really can't explain it although something hints towards something with the viewport render as it seems to work on Ray GL full, but not in the default view
CTRL+L switches between using Scene Lights and the Default Lighting. Err... read 'turn the lights' as 'turn off the lights' instead of 'move the lights'.
the textures are done in Substance Designer, and plugged into the default Marmoset material slots. (PBR roughness/metallic + height and tessellation) the bottom graph is from Substance Designer
Alt-x only sets the selected mesh to See-Through mode, which is untextured gray and semi-transparent. Oh, and the default hotkeys for Forward and Back are < and >.
