On the Panel menu, choose Panel > Saved Layouts > Four View. You can always change the view pressing and holding the Space Bar Clicking and holding on Maya (the center item) and hence, choosing the view you want.
Yes, plenty of variables =/ So for the gear that supposed to come on and off (knife, gun, grenades, rifle) they can share one texture and then have 3 different alpha maps to mask one item off at a time? thanks.
Sbernyce Welcome aboard! Only thing I can say now is to maybe retopo those clothing items to make them easier to control. Klown Very nice start. Pants and boots are looking good already.
Thanks phil, TO-DO list: (x) Model basic shapes (*) Fix entrance (i mean top of entrance) (/) ADD junk items etc... (*) Make realistic rocks (*) Fix lightining * not started / working on x finished
Draw. Every. Day. In a sketchbook. Seriously, good 3D artists are good Draughtsmen. The TF2 items look simple enough. I don't have anything to cpmplain besides the raw appeal of the concepts you've gone forward with.
The sales charts say everything except the kevlar+helmet, deagle, M4 and AK is getting cheaper. I don't think it's fair to include items like the body armor into the charts since they don't compete for a weapon slot.
that's pretty slick, but i think the coolest sword i have ever seen is this one here: A real life MASTER SWORD!!! and link with more info here: http://www.planetgamecube.com/news.cfm?action=item&id=5102
Yeah, what Professor420 said. Vanilla max 8 has a lot of issue with Biped. Service Pack 3 http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=7176150&linkID=9241177
Yep, overlapping polys are bad for baking AO and normals. If you are mirroring the tex only bake half of the item, then clone/mirror it. Or put those UV's off the tex area, then move them back after bake.
