'Asking for a raise is not usually the beginning of the end in my experience.' Yeah, just make sure not to make it come off like they'd be screwed if you just up and left. That'd make them think about getting a replacement quickly, and then just canning you.
Trying to help here, maybe that's a question for private conversation a pm or email would get a better response without the need to divulge that information in public. Otherwise good luck Jack if you get the gig and Leo if you find someone to do that so quickly.
Witchhunts like these are deeply satisfying on a schadenfreude level, but rather frightening at how quickly this shit can snowball and potentially nuke this guy's career. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve to be busted and to be blacklisted if he's stealing work like this, but its scary none-the-less.
I just recently bought the game from a bargain bin. The controls are hard to use, but I'm getting use to them quickly. The way they're setup for interaction within the levels is much easier for me than playing a generic console FPS like Halo.
Could not find any way to recover that work. Not 100% positive the exact cause, but a good hunch that because I left mash network in the scene (didn't delete it after being finished with it) that was the source of the problem. To mitigate lost time, decreasing auto save interval. One problem though is that incremental…
I'll keep showing ART, nothing else, if you show you're an artist, all the rest of tech part you can learn quickly. And that's one of my failures, I wish I could be more of an artist then worry too much about the tech side.
Idle hands are the devils plaything. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-22650267 If your looking at Sweden to escape inequality. While better than the US, its dropping quickly as noted. You cannot move to another western country to escape the world economic system.
tnx ^_^ I'm looking for a partner for co-production models. I design, I make high poly, I colors the texture. Partners need to make quality textures make quality uv map and low poly, but it should be done quickly. That's it. About percentage deal.
Agreed with above about the lighting, Made a very quick and slightly bad paintover to demonstrate how nice increased contrast would look. Note: don't use this as a reference as it was done pretty quickly and the colours are quite off. Quite liking the lighting from the fireplace at the moment.
Here is Blockout 1. Thrown together super quick just to get an idea of the space. I really quickly wipped up some paint fx trees to populate the scene. I haven't done anything completely final in terms of placement - more exploring the space.
