Is it possible to get player models in the game? Im thinking about a mod that replaces all characters with cartoon animals, like the the heavy is a bear, scout a rabbit, enginer a beaver. -

Still looking great, but I'd say change that third shot. The current composition feels weaker than the others, and the barrels stacked like that on the right just looks silly. -

my question remains, how close do you want him to be to the concept? as right now you are pretty far off. Its cute but much weaker designwise than your reference.
