You've made some great improvements but I think you can make a few more. Keep in mind that dirt, damage, scratches and grime can easily overpower things and come off as just noisy. This is getting better. Keep going! The edges of your tiles look like they flatten out, but real tiles don't do this. That should be grout instead. If the wall is going to be that damaged, the floor will be damaged as well. Default wall texture I guess. But showing that you can make damaged assets is a good thing to have… -

I gotcha! This effect would be used for crowd control purposes, which would slow down enemies within the area of effect. I would say it is high burst, so the damage depends on the distance from the center. Far = least damage, close = more damage dealt. Non-canceleable once the effect is called upon. It sounds like to damaged some components in your motherboard and video card by feeding it the wrong voltage. Too much voltage can damage electronics, this is why they use resistors.
