Continued....as soon as I thought I was done with the UV I made a massive cock-up and had to fix a lot of problems. I will never trust the select similar function again.
Hi everybody ! I post an update, I did the skybox, and I continue to fix little things here and there. But it's almost done :poly124:. I'll do one video for the presentation soon.
I'm continuing to work on the pose and the skinning. This is still very early as regards level of detail and I still have to write my paragraph. 2.23am. Have to work in 7 hours. Bed.
I have unfortunately broken my collarbone since starting this challenge, so I don't think I'll be able to continue. Looking forward to seeing what others produce nonetheless!
Damn guys, sorry to hear this. You'd think a larger studio like Gearbox with some solid titles would be able to endure the hard times. Hopefully Microsoft continues doing well :|

I am trying to move a bunch of vertices with preserve uvs checked.Problem is they keep snapping back and Maya gives this error: Unable to preserve uvs.Disable the preserve uvs option to continue with this edit. Is there a way to fix this?
