If you dig making materials in UE, look into Substance Designer. Allegorithmics's YouTube channel and Daniel Thiger's foundation tutorials are great places to start
It looks a lot like Bitmap2Material from Allegorithmic feature and quality wise, but with less options to customize the outputs even thought the low-poly AO is a nice addition.
If you have Substance Painter questions, I suggest making a thread in the Allegorithmic section. They're pretty good about answering Qs in there. Good luck!
