please don't misunderstand, there's nothing wrong with the quality of work on any aspect of the model (except wtf? why so many polies for those teeth?). i said that it looks like there's a visual style difference between different aspects of the materials. -

I am working on a tutorial as we speak but it will probably still take a while until I have finished it. It's a pretty standard workflow anyway, the only thing out of the ordinary is that there was not much sculpting involved except for all the skin parts. -

There are exceptions. Outsourcing the HR-type duties when a company is big enough to need that sort of support but not so big that it's worth having people for it full-time can be paying less to an agency than they would to have someone to do it onsite. -

concepts not the most pleasing design, but there's not much we can do about that if you're sticking to it. Just continue blocking out, not much I think I can say at the moment, except stop rendering out super dark images. -

Thank you TaraLPers :) I reworked her again and changed the eyes, belly, back, arms ... seams like I changed everywhere a little bit except of the nose ;) But I don't know what to think about the belly and back. -

Everything except one rock that was made using photogrammetry by my friend from work :) . Texture sources for texturing are from textures.com and substance painter for texturing the robots and other non foliage elements :) . Some new shoots will show soon. -

Yep works fine for me in CS4 and 5. It threw up an error when I ran it in CS3. I doubt there is much anyone can do about it except run it on CS4 and higher. Thanks for the script, works like a dream! -

Haha as a matter of fact I loaded it up last night and pretty much disliked it :P Except for Cammy! She rocks. My pick is Mirror's Edge - original and underrated. Remember the day we first discovered the ingame screenshots? -

Starting to sculpt the fence that is going to be on top of the hill. I use three planks to get more variation. I have a list of things to do and it starting to look pretty empty except the part that says "Fix all the little things" :)
