Started work on the sheath. You may be asking how the hell the sword slides into this thing. Well, the top edge is open along most of it's length, except near the tip. The bottom edge is connected (sewed closed) along it's entire length.
if it's a projected decal there's not much you can do except spawn it as close as possible to the surface you want it to project on to. it's possible to prevent decals casting on specific materials by setting a material property. That's probably your best option if you need something quick The only way to get a decal to…
@Eric Chadwick Thats how you'd do it on pc with the exception of the "head to shoulder" button is 1 step easier to reach, but actually I also don't see a sign out option on my phone there. Android phone, chrome browser.
Since it's relatively simple and no one seems to have attempted it yet: I pretty much know how I'm going to approach this, except that I have no idea how to do the particle effect coming from the thrusters.
why would dexter sleeping with deb be incest? they're not related in any way shape or form except for upbringing. Joseph Driscol is his biological father, Harry Morgan is his adoptive father. sure it's a gray area, but it's definitely not incest.
I dont have an answer for that. Honestly I don't follow other studios very much. I don't even play videogames in my free time except if I'm at a party and its Call of Duty or Halo or something. :poly121:
This looks really good. Except I don't feel like there's anything that really pops. The whole image seems flat. I would maybe try decreasing the roughness of the exposed metal, and maybe try to use an emissive texture on the eyes?
Actually there is no beer on the table at all!! Except for the glass on the left side which is half full (not sure, maybe its an apple juice..<.<) To PCers Gatherers, mind sharing your doodles? I mean...Sketches? *God that came out wrong!!*
I know you said some things dont fit together but that floor looks awesome except for the central bit? It looks so, so busy i can't make out what most of it is tbh. But the rest is just beautiful :)
personally I don't think you'd need Z that much except for the big bullet holes in the walls and maybe on the broken glass probably make simple models in max/maya and import into maya for further detail as you see fit
