Big tip man, don't be so narrow focused on getting a job in the gaming industry only. Get a job working in 3D be it for cartoons/ advertising/ indie movies/ online freelancing etc. Then once you have some work going.... look for what you really want to do, otherwise you could be sitting on your thumbs hoping for that magic… -
