The Force Unleashed is only the second XBox360 game I've completed all the achievements for (excepting the DLC). Sith Master difficulty was at time like bashing my head against a brick wall (Kazdan Pratus fight).
Hi Andre, what a cool movie. Very entertaining. I love everything about it (except the actor pinned camera ...). There are some great animations and very impressive sets. Love the film. Great entry ... Direx
Ah, interesting. Yes, I had XNormal create all of my maps, except the Color ID. Maybe I'll try without the Curvature map and see what kind of difference that makes. Thanks for the suggestion.
If there was one thing I wish I'd do when I first started out was to COPY a cool environment you see. All other artistic professions do this except game artists, copy and learn.
I have the same problem except I did click the seam termination option. The sliders yield no result whatsoever. I did this while reimporting the ID map, however, would that have some effect?
I would start by making a bunch of high quality tiling materials and then just model the game asset to those materials. For a modern workflow, baking assets like this is not used except for some fairly rare circumstances.
Well this came out of nowhere... I think I like this better than any of the concepts from the thread. Except for the well. The well was awesome! :) Oh man, I actually kinda want to try this one.
You can bake everything except materials from highpoly (tangent normals from hp is possible, as is vertex color). For your error, maybe try switching engine to DirectX10? If you're on SSE it might be because of that.
Woohoo, I finally got some time to work on this character again. I finished my low poly (with the exception of the hair planes.) I will now be moving on to unwrapping and finishing the hair. C&C appreciated.
hewitt96 Looks really great. The colors work well together. Only crit would be to make the wood have some differing roughness. Everyone looks to have the same value except the wallpaper(which rocks)
