I disagree. I think the industry is ever evolving and changing, but its vitality and health has never been stronger. I think the fact that companies are hiring more strictly and carefully is a smart thing. First, Companies will hold on to great talent. Someone just starting out is striving for both art content and technical quality, but it can be difficult to judge yourself on either of these… -
