After discussion with the tutor from Digital Tutors it was discovered that Xtrees don't adhere completely to the terrain (will not follow the flow of the terrain). If there are a few trees floating they can be hidden behind closer vegetation and trees. Problem solved :)
Hmm, i would say there is no benefit to do method B, and having the restrictions of rotation only is history I build my rigs with all bones floating (translation and rotation), like ryse and uncharted do it.

Its a bot :/ reported. By the way, i think you can use floating geometry : you don't need to make your low poly in a single object because it will causes unwanted subdivs and edge loops.
hmm...are you floating them inside of a div tag? If you posted an example I might be able to help, I dont think im quite getting what you mean from your explaination.
Why did no one ever tell me Castlevania was so good? [ QUOTE ] Find a room with a coffin, press up. [/ QUOTE ]It actually looks like a floating dodecahedron until activated. They're pretty common.
lol, nice butt tweak at the end I think the run could use some more weight to it. Looks like he's skipping/floating. Like you said though, not bad for a first full character
This is pretty rad! Painting itself looks dope, but some of the shading seems a little seperated and cloudy? The strippy straps in black on the chest and legs do not seem very well integrated into the model--like they are just floating there?
Looking good, the chair in the middle of the picture on its side looks like its floating though. Fix it if you want to ever see the red ball again. Show some wires on that badboy electric chair.
I dig! I hope the textures come out awesome as well! I just wanted some floor. looks like its floating in the air. ::D:D:D what style you gonna go with the textures?
