Some of the saturation levels on the signage are a bit high. Expect high amounts of sun bake with these materials. Buildings are looking great! -

i think that you could reduce the amount of hard edges in your low, which would help with thenormal bake -

Just use mudbox, you can have as many different meshes all loaded with different amounts of sub-division. -
