You guys are way too serious about the front page. Sure, there's some little exposure to industry eyeballs. However this is first and foremost a community site, not an employment site. AdBlock Plus because ads (on not-trusted sites) suck NoScript because web sites suck DownloadHelper because I don't like watching MP4/FLV through SWF and prefer to do that through VLC Java Quick Starter because it starts java quick Web Dev because i like editing css in front of my eyes yes, and .rm files!!! -

You've got some great work! The thing I would say to first do, before you send any portfolios out to employers, is to buy a domain name for 10 bucks and set up your own site.
