Hey, 3DGuy: Buy it by the case! Most of my faves are extinct now, like a Kellogg's one called Kenmei Rice Bran, big fat flakes of exactly that, and supremely milk-spongey. Then there was Quaker Corn Bran, which also soaked up the milk like nobody's biz. But both of those are gone now, so I have to be happy with corn flakes…
