I just went through all the cell phone stuff in May so I would say my findings are still pretty relevant. I went with T-Mobile. Best network with best prices and best phones. I started digitally, and than started playing with traditional painting, and a few benefits of painting that I've discovered for myself so far are a) you will be more efficient with your digital painting if you do it traditionally; you won't be guessing as much, and will less likely fall into over-rendering shit at 400 %… -
