Thanks! I agree about the scale being off. I remember modeling it and wondering if its off or not. Have to come up with a better workflow for these kind of situations.
Turn off isoline display. I wrote a little script that replaces export/export selected. It just turns off isoline and then exports. simple but a life saver.
You have to play based off of the Words With Friends Dictionary which is still being worked on and is still based off of the Scrabble dictionary, so no proper nouns.
I've been working on this on and off for a while due to art tests interrupting my free time. Currently the base model out of max is complete. I now need to resculpt the head as it is placeholder and way off from the concept, do a sculpt pass on the clothes, and one on the armor. Then it's retopo'ing and turning into a game…
I'll start off with some sketches/silhouettes for a "create a character, model+rig it in Maya, pose it and put it in Unity" assignment. Definitely not used to starting process off with silhouettes.
looks good, the only thing that stands out as being off is the eyes, they just look too cartoony compared to the rest of the texture which comes off as semi realistic
Placed the shrine in a dojo-like setting, off the ground to protect against the cold. The little alcove might be roped off, with a samurai suit displayed there. Much work to be done.
