Tileable bricks that are going to be potentially used on a number of buildings. I feel like they seem a bit generic and I was hoping for ways to make them feel more complete or different.
That is a big improvement. I would add a little colour variation to the grass (dead patches etc) and some geo bricks to the edges of your walls so they are not so flat and polygonal.
Here's some stylized bricks. I think they're more or less a success, but the more I look at them the less I like them. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/k4EllA
This looks awesome! The one thing that bugs me is on the wall behind him there are snow in the gaps between the bricks, but on the pillar there is no snow between the cracks. Thats pretty nit picky though.
What the hell...wireframe ? why ? :p This ! Or looking at that sexy brick wall and just thinking about how you would make all the bird poop procedural in substance designer.
Yah I can stick to the grid but in his tutorial he uses individual bricks. Oh by the way I meant to post this in technical talk not general so I apologize for that.
I think all the texture could use work. The brick thick black lines, the floor looks like the side of a rock, and and! where's the bloom effect on the lava?!?!?! good work.
The boy had it and the redheaded brick had it, i think it was mostly in fast moving scenes. Maybe because it would have taken ages to motion blurr better hair or something.
Just started working on bi-week 1 Bricks : https://www.artstation.com/artwork/yyN38 Scale setup Substance expansion and UVs Further Substance expansion and base lighting
