Wow, great atmosphere in this piece! I dont really have any crit except the green light from that corridor feels a little off. It sort of looks as if the light goes through the stone arch?
Except the gizmo doesn't do what the OP needs, XZ. Shortcut key for cycling the planar axes is F8... XY, YZ, ZX. Also you can show the buttons for it by right-clicking on the toolbar...
Each bone should only have the root as a direct parent, this way they only influence the verts that they have been 100% weighted to. Moving any bone (except the root) shouldn't affect any of the others.
I tried to bake in Painter and look what happen is like they split apart even though I only have two material ID. note that every baked setting was on default except diffusion.

Also Ive been running both PS and Suite as admin. I checked my event log and windows is throwing up a exception code of 0xe0434352 and says SUITE.exe is the faulting app :( Hope this helps..........

You mean when I bring in the maps into udk make sure the normals are set for normals? I do that. At this point the stuff looks better in udk then it does in max. except for the normals located on the seams that is.
