Looks like you're hitting the likeness to me. Eye area is a bit hard to tell without the wrinkles and lashes, but even if it's off, it's not off by much.
Make sure you are not hitting the keyboard shortcut overide button by mistake. Sometimes toggling it on and off even if it looks like its off will fix it.
