Thanks for your replies, the script is very usefull thanks, but not exactly what iam looking for ! hmm no, i just tried to recreate this Plane. (thanks to scotthomer ) I only know grow selection and so on.. but is there a quick way to select all faces in between - like the image said ? -

There are loads of different ways of making high poly text most starting with creating a text shape.
