Inability to focus due to frustration followed by anxiety and impulsive decisions making you fall in a work stress related pit and often followed by sleep deprivation that on its own sends you into self repeating spiral for weeks, even months. A mix of self confidence lost and despair making you doubt everything.… -

I've got a thick accent and I've lived most of my career in different countries from my native one, the hell with being misunderstood!
