Here are some reference sheets for my environments. My small environment is going to be a sci-fi tavern called Tavern of the Wolves and is meant to be for an RPG style game. My large environment is going to be a jungle village called Spirit's Province. Attachment not found. Attachment not found. Attachment not found.…
Lol that title is so misleading, still it could have been pretty interesting ha Take alook at how medieval armor actually knits together around joints and moving parts, atm yours still looks like its arm, legs are mysteriously stuck together sci-fi fashion.
Glad to be able to help! You're welcome. I'm almost finished working on the Sci-fi environment. Soon afterwards, I'll focus on creating more tutorials from the experience I gained from it. Here is a video of some of the latest additions (WIP). [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NoMB_v49VUQ[/ame]
Hello everyone, Currently I'm working on my Overwatch Sci Fi Monitor. The environment is in Numbani (Nigeria) hence the more earth/tribal looking. The first image show the base colors and some "decals" I'm currently working. It would be great if I could have your feedback on it. Thank you

Very nice work. Dead Space is one of my favorite games in the genre. I'm a big fan of sci-fi and the architecture and style of that game is amazing. I dont remember if the ceiling in that room is so flat but I think you should do something more to it so its not just flat.
I'm still working on this sci-fi revolver based on the concept of Eldar Safin. I think I'm getting closer to the end, what do you think? For now, it's just the base for high-poly. More details are on artstation: https://www.artstation.com/alex_sparrow/blog/bXb3/my-blender-learning-journey-ch-5
I really like the computer control panels. It feels like you balanced the detail and simplicity pefectly. Some sci fi artists will "over fill" control panels, and it just looks noisy and not very ergonomic. This looks like a feasible work space. Great job! Can't wait to see it finished.
That video was really mindblowing :D Any idea if there is some sort of preset manager ? when you have a scene with multiple (sci-fi for example) assets it's always nice to texture one asset, save the texturing profile as a preset that can be populated within seconds with every other asset you will be texturing.
Some elements seem slightly too modern IMO, also lighting and color palette feel more like generic sci-fi than original (by original I mean Fallout and Fallout 2, dunno about FO3) But I guess these changes were intended. Other than that it looks great!
