Hi! Some updates for this little guy! Except the hand and props on his arm, all basemeshes are ready. Time to adjust few problems, details and go for retopo! C&C are welcome ! :)
I tend to use 3Dcoat for manual retopo and zremesher in Zbrush with guides for automatic bits (if they need quads). No real reason except I get better 'auto' results from zbrush.
hmm, I can't really answer.. it would be 'everything in the game' :) to me, the overall effect is most important edit: ooh multiple choice- ok that does work then ;) everything except technical
except the controller whispers "my god" at the end, and she looks worried, while the rest of the andriods are stoic and unmoving and why would you want to create a product that does not want to be sold?
I blocked in the ride. this is fairly what the model will look like except the details & colors which will come in later. The main moto is it try PBR & quixel next up character inputs
EVERYTHING is made with just a lowpoly. Not a single highpoly model sofar, except for the basetexture (and that is just because thats how i roll, could have done it in nDo in 15 minutes probably...)

Yeah well thats all fine and dandy, except you completely missed the point of the thread, how do you make good looking hair on hardware that cant do alphablend?
