Just made her pouch tonight, did a little step by step for anybody who might find it useful. Don't think i like the different groups of leather. Will probably just keep it as one colour or just the trim as a different one.

dang making chars are hard, so many maps. I'm looking through a couple tutorials right now on anisotropic maps and painting directional maps. Is there like a good step by step tutorial for dummys, all this is going above my head.

Need more info. What graphics card do you have, with what ports on it? What OS? Latest graphics driver? Restarted your pc? What app are you using to connect the two monitors? Exact step-by-step would help.
