I would say if you can just avoid working on the head right now, leave it as a block with simple planes for the face and concentrate on the body. Are you using any measurement guidelines for the right proportions, e.g. 7/8 head canon? The hands feel slightly too big and it all looks fairly lumpy all round - I'd recommend… -

As noted above, you may have jumped too far ahead of yourself and started making hair before you sculpted the character's face and body. Get the face and head sculpted, it will inform how the hair is placed as hair styles are often effected by face shape. Just use a hair block in for now and don't shy away from doing the… -

However my what im most excited is that Grand Turismo 5 (a game im really looking forward to) will be using the camera for Head Tracking.
