Screenshots are saved to the desktop IIRC. Open the exporter again and look to the top most field, that's the export path. I believe the default location is the TEMP folder. Click the 'Set Path' button to select your folder.
I remember back around when the new version of PC first launched there were a couple of interviews I believe adam or someone did with some of the PC guys. IIRC Paul Pepera did one.
Super High-res Wires please. Add the ridges to the back side of the handles and the dots on the butt stock. IIRC, DX:HR didn't do the guns justice with a custom baked normal maps so this should be interesting.
I was, but only for an hour or so, at the very end of the expo hours on Friday, irrc...so maybe we did meet! Either way, your painting skills are top notch. Also: goodluck on the Wow team!
Yeah, and the aforementioned time resulted in quite a lot of people turning up to a pub with no Polycounters in it. Would be nice to avoid a repeat scenario. IIRC, someone organised the last one and sorted out space in the pub at KGX?
I need to stop being lazy and start taking shot of my stuff.. IF ANYONE AT HIGH MOON WANTS TO BE A DEAR AND TAKE BAD ASS SCREENGRABS OF THE ARC LEVEL, POLYCOUNT AND I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL! :D
Few weeks passed since my last update, I've managed to finish the blockout and now I'm resculpting all my drafts (arc is the first in list). Lots of draft meshes, lightmap seams and intersections.
ohh no! why so much violence! haha ugh! it looking pretty cool! the poses feel strong and its looking pretty nice!! love the arcs of the knife! :') keep up the hard work you are getting there!
Alpha to coverage is the correct term, yes. Usually a screen-space stipple effect, IIRC. To implement it is a code solution, don't think you can do it any other way. Don't think it's a shader thing?
Did you add interior lights? Or big windows and a sun? You need to use radiosity IIRC. If you just want the AO pass, set all materials to flat white (except the light sources).
