So I already started with it in Blender, posed it over there, and then brought it into Zbrush, here is the first screenshot (step 1 and step 2) - I think the lower jaw is a bit too thin to do in sculpting, and as such I have left it to be done in modelling in blender. - Same for the exposed neck/back bone.

Thanks for the heads up on the extend tool, repete. I've never looked at the options and didn't realize it had a "scale" option under the "Plane" section. That turns a 2 step "extend-then-scale" operation into 1 step. Awesome!
Looking good. Suggestions: - More steps, and add the little lights to the steps. - The walls in the painted scene are more pointed toward the throne, giving it more of a focal point. It will help drive the tension in the scene if the walls sloped in like that.

It's really cool of you to provide a step-by-step. Your work looks nice too! I have to agree with you that sometimes people can't differentiate between a sculpt meant for a game and one that's meant as a sculpture. Keep it up!
