It irks me seeing how hostile you respond to someone who is clearly trying to help you. This is Polycount, this is not the place to hurl insults at someone who is taking time out of their day to help you.
Ultimately the body and arms dont move in arcs, more like a train chugging along. It's especially evident on the pushing of the shield. Personally i like the limp like walk in this case...past battles and all that.
Give the arc a smoothing group and give the singled out polygon a separate smoothing group and check the smoothing groups option in turbosmooth. Edit..I think I misunderstood what you wanted..ignore this.
Close the door on your way out. I'm not sure how I feel about a sequel to Let the Right One In. The ending is open enough, but I'm not sure closing that arc is likely to be beneficial to the narrative.
Might be a gamma problem after all. Can't reproduce it. Edit: There was also a command line switch or similar for the tangent base a few versions back iirc, so maybe that would be something worth looking into.
Hey its pretty much there but the main thing for me is that it needs more hang time. The ball starts coming down before it should right now. Try having a longer arc at the top like..
I have heard nothign but good things about 'the Structure of Man' tutorial series, and it's pretty cheap too, iirc. Plus, they seem to have gone HD since I last looked over there.
I need to not post stuff in the awesomeness thread anymore, no one said a thing when it was posted it in there :P Anyhow this isnt realtime, but it doesn't seem like anything that couldn't be achieved irt with current engines.
Ok, I'm in this mothertrucker! So my start on the H-poly: Still need to do the cables, thinking about doing an alpha clip for the can, try to model the valve as it is IRL. Rendered in Marmoset 2.
